As someone who's been to Japan lots of times, Cherry English explains to us that it's a Japanese term that is the noun form of the word 'bukkakeru', which in English would mean 'to sprinkle with water'. It's compounded from two words, 'butsu' and 'kakeru'. 'Butsu' is from the verb 'buchi' which means 'to hit with' and 'kakeru' in this situation is related to 'the pouring of' or 'showering'.
To actually pronounce 'bukkake', think of it like this;
There's something you can practice, and enjoy saying as your grandma comes in to bring you some cocoa tonight.
So remember, there's no bukakae, bukkaker, bukakke, bukkakae, bukaki or bukakki. Show your class, and get it right!
